Mr. Winston counsels clients ranging from small local businesses to large national companies in business sales and acquisitions. Mr. Winston also maintains a general practice in estate planning, debt collection, probate, corporate law, and criminal defense. Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, and admitted to bar, 2014, Tennessee.

Mr. Winston earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He earned his juris doctorate, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina in 2014. In law school, Mr. Winston was the Recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Legal Writing.
