Well after two decades in the "trial lawyer," "litigation attorney" business, I decided to convert my practice to transaction practice. We do wills, Miller's, Spendthrift and Special Needs Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Medical Directives, Living Wills, Transfer Upon Death Deeds. Estate planning can be much more creative than just a will and can save lots of money, tears, and frustration if done correctly.

We do simple work, in a simple way. I still get to help people, but I also get to go home and spend time with my family.

I am taking my two decades of running a successful small firm business experience and developing systems that bring low cost services to other people. This way, I get a personal life / work balance that has been missing, and my clients get a respectable service that is lacking in the industry.
