Bill is a native South Carolinian and has owned a home in Litchfield by the Sea for a number of years. The firm is conveniently located on Highway 17 (Ocean Highway) right between Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beach at the intersection of Highway 17 and Martin Luther King Highway with the main location in Charleston at 171 Church St # 160, Charleston, SC 29401.
